Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of a Westio account, including registration, deposits, bonus eligibility and withdrawal procedures. Registering an account constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
1. Eligibility
Westio accounts are limited to individuals aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, who are not located in a restricted territory. One account is permitted per person, household and shared payment method. Westio reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, not only before a first withdrawal.
2. Account Registration
Applicants must provide accurate personal details, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds, in line with anti-fraud obligations under the Malta Gaming Authority licence.
3. Deposits and Payment Methods
Minimum deposits range from $15 to $75 depending on the method selected, as listed on the Payments table. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded to source, minus any processing fees already incurred.
4. Bonus Terms
Bonus offers are subject to the wagering requirements and game weightings described on the Bonuses page. Westio may amend, withdraw or restrict a promotion at any time, though changes do not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited. Abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to bonus hunting across multiple accounts, voids associated winnings.
5. Withdrawals and Verification
Before a first withdrawal, players must submit a government-issued ID and a proof of address dated within the last 90 days. Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Withdrawals are paid via the original deposit method where possible, subject to the limits listed on the Payments page.

6. Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods and permanent self-exclusion are available free of charge in account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
7. Maximum Bet Rule
While a bonus balance is active, stakes are capped at $10 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit on a single bet voids the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from the violating wager, as referenced on the Bonuses page.
8. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should first be raised with customer support via live chat or email. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Malta Gaming Authority's alternative dispute resolution service. Westio aims to issue a final written response to any formal complaint within 10 business days.
9. Changes to These Terms
Westio may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email or an in-account notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except where a change is required immediately by law or regulatory direction.
